For exhibiting at Vket 2026 Summer, you will need to have played VRChat at least once. Please consider using VRChat before deciding to exhibit.
A VRChat account is required. (This account is a separate account from your Steam account).
If your user rank (trust value) has not upgraded from “Visitor” to “New User,” you will not be able to upload avatars for try-ons, and other features may be restricted.
Yes, you can exhibit and submit your space without VR devices. You can also enter the VRChat venue in "desktop mode" which will not require VR.
Please note that you will need to be able to use Unity and VRChat Creator Companion (VCC) on a Windows environment, or use Vket Booth Maker in order to work on your exhibition setup.
The VRChat venues can be accessed in "Desktop Mode," or with a mobile device that meets VRChat's required specifications.
*Depending on device performance and network environment, there may be issues such as incorrect rendering or lag. To check your device environment, it is recommended to access a previous Vket venue beforehand.
Unity submissions using VRChat Creator Companion (VCC) and VketTools are supported only on Windows PCs. Please note that we cannot provide support for work done outside the specified environment.
For Avatar Exhibitions, if you are showcasing an avatar sold on the Avatar Marketplace, you will need to enter the Listing ID.
If you are already selling avatars on the Avatar Marketplace, log in to the VRChat website, go to Marketplace > My Store > My Listings, and click the copy icon to copy the Listing ID.
If you are applying to register an avatar on the Avatar Marketplace at the time of your exhibition application, please leave the field blank for now and enter the Listing ID by 23:59:59 on March 31 JST.
Even if you are selected in the first-round lottery, your entry will be canceled if you do not enter your Listing ID. Thank you for your understanding.
Selling avatars on the Avatar Marketplace requires approval from VRChat and other checks. Please refer to the following article for information on registering as a seller.
If you do not plan to register your avatar on the Avatar Marketplace, please do not check "Sell on Avatar Marketplace" when applying for the lottery.
If you expect that you will not be able to enter your Listing ID within the designated period, we recommend applying for the lottery without checking "Sell on Avatar Marketplace."
Commissioning another circle to exhibit is allowed. However, exhibiting the same content in multiple circles is prohibited, so please limit the commissioned exhibitor to only one circle.
Using the same asset across multiple circles is allowed, as long as the asset is not the main feature of the exhibition. For example, using an avatar as a mannequin or using small items as decorations for the exhibit.
If you are unsure about a specific case, please feel free to contact us.
*Even within the same circle, exhibiting the same content is permitted if the exhibition format is different.
Please also note that in case your exhibition was canceled or your exhibit was removed due to being judged to be in violation of these terms, the exhibition fee paid will not be returned.
Also, the fact that an item is on display does not guarantee that it complies with the exhibition guidelines or the terms of the hosting platform.
Restrictions based on the guidelines are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Vket staff and the hosting platform.
However, there have been cases where items were denied placement, removed, or required to be replaced in accordance with the exhibition guidelines, such as in the following cases:
Items implying child pornography
Items implying child prostitution
Items not appropriate for 13 years old players, the minimum age eligible for VRChat usage
Items with the primary objective of advertisement and inducement for services operated by corporate entities not directly related to the Virtual Market or the event platform
Items that promote or advertise NFT or blockchain technology
Intense visual effects that may negatively impact the physical health of visitors (e.g., flashing screens)
*Avatars set on avatar pedestals must also comply with the guidelines.
*Creator Exhibition by corporate entities is prohibited. If a corporation wishes to exhibit, please contact us individually using this form.
We as the organizer cannot make judgment on such cases, regardless if the original owner has issued fan-creation guidelines or not.
In principle, you are responsible for following the original owner's guidelines when creating your exhibition.
The display of an exhibit does not imply that Vket guarantees compliance with the exhibition guidelines, the terms of the hosting platform, or any other applicable rights.
If there is a removal request from the original owner to Vket staff, we may remove the exhibit.
