Virtual Space Program - World Tour: Astronomy and Astrophysics

Host
Location
Parareal Central Ignition Point - Entrance

Virtual Space Program is a Japanese VR community dedicated to aerospace engineering, space science, and related topics, with a focus on using VR to share real science, engineering, and history with incredible attention to detail. During this event, I'll lead a tour of worlds featuring the instrumentation used in astronomy and astrophysics research. If you've ever wanted to climb on a 45-meter radio telescope antenna, now's your chance! I'll also show some planetariums, because VSP really loves planetariums. VSP has a few different areas of specialization and I guess mine is mostly orbital rocketry, rather than astronomy or astrophysics, but I'll do the best I can to present this content regardless! You can join the event through the Vket Global group (VKETGT.3224). Alternatively, send a join request to KF-16-65 to participate in the tour. Expected runtime is about 2.5 hours.
